If the files have not been permanently deleted then the files may be in the recycle bin.

Click on your recycle bin and see if the files are in there.

If not then you may not be able to recover them if they have been permanently deleted.

However if you're using Windows 10 you can use a recovery file option.

If you can’t locate a lost file from your backup, then you can use Windows File Recovery, which is a command line app available from the Microsoft Store.

Use this app to try to recover lost files that have been deleted from your local storage device (including internal drives, external drives, and USB devices) and can’t be restored from the Recycle Bin.

Recovery on cloud storage and network file shares is not supported.

It was always really hard to recover accidentally deleted files after a Windows refresh or disk formatting. I have found a good service, where it is possible to perform easily and also to upgrade 32-bit Windows to 64-bit via which is also a good point to make your OS to run faster and easier.

There are many brands available for Mac data recovery now, but as far as I know, Unistal is the best choice. The software performs three main steps for data recovery, namely analysis, selection and saving, to complete the entire operation.

I do not advise you to experiment with dubious software in the absence of important files, it can turn out very badly for you, from stealing your data to introducing viruses into your operating system. I found a program for myself thanks to this article - the best data recovery tools of 2022. There I learned a lot of new and useful things, so I advise you to read this article too so that you can find the program you need and restore your data ..
