How long does it take for an ovarian cyst to go away?

For an ovarian cyst to go away on it's own it can take up to 3 months for the Ovarian Cyst to go away without treatment.

But the ovarian cyst can get bigger due to fluid building up in the Ovarian Cyst Sac before it goes away.
