Most boils will go away on their own by eventually bursting open without any help and then the pus will drain out.
Just be sure to wash the affected area where the boil is daily with antibacterial soap which will prevent an infection from spreading.
Most times no other treatment or antibiotics are needed if the pus fully drained out which it should eventually on it's own.
