All air conditioners including Window Air Conditioners and even central air conditions drip water to the outside of the house.

It's very normal as the air conditioner is removing the humidity in the air and that's why you see water dripping out of the air conditioner.

However the water should not drip inside the house and if it is you may need to tilt the window air conditioner further back or check the drain hole to be sure it's not plugged up.

Even your car will drip water underneath it when it's sitting when you have the air conditioner going.
