Having constant high blood pressure that is left untreated can lead to strokes, heart disease, coronary heart disease, heart attacks and even death if the high blood pressure is left untreated.

The high blood pressure if left untreated can damage blood vessels and high blood pressure can also cause blood clots that can form in the arteries that lead to your brain and can block the blood flow to your brain which can lead to dementia and once again stroke in some cases.

If your blood pressure continues to be high then you need to go to the doctor to get it treated and maybe take blood pressure medicine to control the blood pressure.

Also exercising such as walking 15 to 20 minutes daily and drinking apple cider vinegar can help to lower blood pressure.
