What is the best and cheapest web host to host a blog

I want to start a blog using wordpress and need advice on a good web host that is cheap. I can spend up to $5.00 a month?

Any recommendations for a good web host for $5.00 a month or less?

I use hawkhost.com to host my websites. Have been using them for almost 3 years now without any trouble at all.

I highly recommend them.
