The fruit that supposedly can light a matchstick is from a tree of Diospyros melanoxylon also known as temburni or tendu.

However it's not real that the fruit can light a matchstick as no fruit can light matchsticks.

The most flammable fruit are oranges, lemons and limes.

Citrus fruits such as limes, lemons and oranges release oils containing D-limonene when squeezed, which is a flammable substance from their peels.

The flammable substance D-limonene can ignite when it's exposed to flame.

The high oil content in the peels of the citrus fruits can create a flammable mist that ignites easily, especially when squeezed.

A whole orange or other who citrus fruit is not a fire hazard on it's own, although when the peel of the citrus fruits is manipulated, the flammable oil is released and it's possible for the flammable oil to ignite.

And when you squeeze the peel of these citrus fruits, the oil sacs break open and release the oil.

And this oil that is released is often in mist form, which can be easily released and is possible to ignite.

Garlic is also flammable.

Garlic is a potent food that is packed with lots of natural oils and so the garlic can burn quickly and pop when it's placed in a hot pan and causes the oil to spatter into the burner.

No fruit can actually light a match by itself. Citrus juice can help but not start the fire.
