The new investor in 1211 Avenue of the Americas is RXR, who is the primary new investor in 1211 Avenue of the Americas.
RXR acquired 49% stake in the 45 story Midtown Manhattan office tower located at 1211 Avenue of the Americas in January of 2025.
RXR also partnered with the existing owner of 1211 Avenue of the Americas "Ivanhoe Cambridge" a subsidiary of CDPQ, to recapitalize the property with a $1.45 billion deal, and aims to renovate the building.
