Yes you can use a stethoscope to listen to your own lung and even your own heartbeat.
Your lungs are located on either side of your chest so you'll need to place the stethoscope on either side of the chest to find the lungs and you should hear the sounds.
I have my own stethoscope to listen to my own lungs and heart so that I can detect any problems that may be occurring.
