Who played Tinkerbell the guard on The Lucy Show Lucy meets the law?

I think I remember seeing her on some other shows or movies but I can't remember her name.

Does anyone know her name?

I'm not exactly sure what her real name is. I never saw her name in the credits on the show and I can't find anything online.

I too have seen her in other shows as well though.
