When in foreclosure how long does it take?

How long does it take to be evicted from a home when in foreclosure?

After you miss 4 payments of your mortgage then you're sent a notice of default 30 days after the 4 missed mortgage payments.

From that point you will have around 3 months to make the payments and prevent foreclosure.
