Is beauty sleep a real thing?

Yes beauty sleep is indeed a real thing.

When you sleep your body is repairing itself and not getting enough sleep can cause eye bags, wrinkles etc that change your appearance.

So you become less beautiful the less you sleep.

The more sleep you get the less wrinkles you will have and you may not get eye bags which change your appearance as well.

So by sleeping enough you can keep your skin looking young and healthy.

Sleeping enough helps give you energy the next day as well and prevents other health problems as well so it's very essential to get plenty of sleep at night so that you can stay healthy and prevent wrinkles.
