Try sucking on some ice or getting some orajel to help relieve the tooth pain.
A tooth abscess though should be seen by a dentist as soon as possible. So if you haven't made an appointment with a dentist you should try and make an appointment with one as soon as possible to get the tooth abscess taken care of.
