Should Kids be wearing a diaper without pants ?

I dont think kids need to wear pants with diapers . It is cute when kids wear only a diaper and a shirt . 
I always dress my 3 year old son in only a diaper and a shirt .

 
A lot of diapers have such cute prints on them .

It's okay in your own house or in a yard with a Privacy Fence. But when out in public your kid needs to have his/her diaper covered up.

It may be cute to you to see your kid wearing just a diaper. But to most others it's revolting. I know I don't want to see a kids diaper "something that they pee and poo in" cover it up in public.

And too when it get's cold you must put pants on the kid.
