The signs of an unhealthy child are fatigue, low energy, not as energetic, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, breathing problems, headaches, jaundice and rash or your child is losing weight or not gaining weight.

Other signs that your child is unhealthy or is sick include.

Your child may be fretful or listless, or irritable when disturbed.
Your child may cry readily and not be easily comforted.
Your child may lose interest in playing or is unusually quiet and inactive.
Your child may be unusually quiet and inactive.
Your child may not want to eat.
Your child will feel hot to touch.
Your child can look tired and flushed or pale.
Your child is complaining of feeling cold.

Signs of a healthy child.

Strong, clean teeth – Teeth that are solid and clean reveal that your child's nutrition and natural dental hygiene are fine.

Correct posture– Correct posture suggests self-esteem as well as a sufficient diet, as it means there are enough nutrients to strengthen bones and the musculoskeletal system.

If you think your child is unhealthy or is not gaining weight you should take the child to the doctor for a checkup or if an emergency take your child to the hospital.
