How can I treat and get rid of my contact dermatitis at home?

Try soaking in a comfortable but cool bath. Apply some anti itch cream or anti itch lotion to help relieve the contact dermatitis.

Also try applying a cold wet compress to the area affected by the contact dermatitis.
