To lower your cholesterol in 2 days you can do so by drinking green tea, pomegranate juice, exercise and avoid saturated fat, trans fat and also avoid cholesterol based foods.

To lower your cholesterol fast without medicine you can drink pomegranate juice, green tea, soy milk, red wine and plant based smoothies.
