You'd have to check with your insurance company to be sure and/or read the fine print in your full coverage Auto Insurance Policy but most likely the comprehensive insurance coverage should be included with your full coverage policy.
I know my insurance company who I have full coverage with includes the comprehensive insurance coverage with the full coverage insurance policy.
