Even some cheaper brands of hot dogs and bologna may include organ meats like heart and liver and additional fat and water as well as stock is often added as well to keep the texture of the bologna and hot dogs moist.
If you want pure beef or pure turkey or pork bologna or pure beef or pure pork hot dogs you will have to pay a higher price for the higher quality and better tasting hot dogs and bologna.
