Maple Syrup is healthy in moderation but maple syrup is also pretty high in sugar content so you might gain weight when eating maple syrup everyday.
However if you only eat a little maple syrup everyday it's unlikely that you'll gain much weight or cause yourself any health issues.
But if you need to watch your sugar intake due to diabetes or high blood sugar levels then you might want to slow down on the amount of maple syrup you eat.
So I wouldn't eat maple syrup everyday if you do suffer from diabetes or high blood sugar.
If you do though be sure to watch your blood sugar levels more closely to ensure you're not increasing your blood sugar levels too much.
